A resume scanner should evaluate more than repeated words. Lineup CV first extracts the document into contact, summary, skills, work history, education and certification fields. It then checks whether those fields are complete and readable, whether recent roles contain concise achievement bullets and whether measurable evidence appears in the work history. Keyword matching is activated only after the user supplies a target job description. The comparison focuses on recurring meaningful terms and never inserts unsupported skills automatically. This approach separates three different questions: can the document be parsed, does it contain useful evidence, and does it use terminology relevant to this vacancy? Keeping those questions separate produces more actionable feedback than a single opaque percentage and helps the candidate decide which revision is justified.
