ATS resume checker

See what the resume checker can actually verify.

The Lineup CV ATS resume checker evaluates visible, explainable signals. Every lost point links to the relevant field, with critical issues separated from tailoring recommendations.

01

How does the ATS resume checker work?

Lineup CV checks whether a resume contains readable contact details, a focused professional summary, complete work history, concise achievement bullets, measurable evidence, a dedicated skills section and education. When a job description is supplied, it also compares recurring meaningful terminology with the resume. The score is calculated from those disclosed checks and is intended to guide revision inside this tool. It is not a prediction of hiring outcomes and is not interchangeable with scores from another service. Import diagnostics are also kept separate from content advice: if a PDF has a difficult reading order, letter-spaced headings or project-first roles, the tool explains the parsing problem rather than pretending the candidate omitted the information. This distinction helps users fix the document without inventing experience.
